On November 2, 2015 CoffeeFlour launched commercially in Japan with Bagel & Bagel, one of the largest bagel chains in the country. The bagel they crafted was made with chocolate chips, CoffeeFlour, and ground coffee. It quickly became the best selling product in their store. Only a month later, No. 4 Cafe, a new artisanal pizza joint launched with four CoffeeFlour products on their debut menu including: a Margherita Pizza, Mushroom Pizza, cornmeal muffin, and cinammon bun all made with CoffeeFlour.
